A few things worth knowing.

Can I really use Lite forever?

Yes. Lite is free forever for up to 10 devices, with core visibility features. You can upgrade at any time as your needs grow.

What counts as a device?

Any laptop, desktop or server running the Verdaic agent. Devices that haven't reported for 30 days don't count toward your total.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade in-app whenever you like. Changes apply from your next billing cycle and your data stays intact.

Which Max features are coming soon?

Power-policy automation and carbon-aware scheduling are rolling out now. They're included with Max at no extra cost as they land.

How is VAT handled?

Prices exclude VAT/IVA; the correct rate for your country is added at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can use the reverse charge (0%), validated against VIES.

Can Enterprise run on our infrastructure?

Yes. Enterprise can run as a dedicated instance or fully sovereign — self-hosted on your own infrastructure for government and confidential estates.
